Did you notice we disappeared offline, here's why

So we have been doing a lot of work on the backend of our website, while the British Government does all it can to drive us out of business with the plastic tax and the upcoming plastic ban for the awful crime of not adding plastics to our products ( yes we are being serious and no we don't understand it either), we decided, let's do things better and let's do things internationally better.

So we have done some big work improving our website for our UK, and our international customers and this is where it all started to go wrong.

Charlie decided that we need to move to faster servers so our website loads in under 4 seconds, so I know what your thinking “ this is a good thing” and “how did that bring your website offline”, well I'm glad you asked as this is what happened.

Charlie was supposed to migrate the website on Sunday at 10pm as we knew we would be offline for about 8 hours and no one would notice, but the problem is the process was started wtoo early as the hosting was with one company, and not the new company (EKM) so essentially our website disappeared in the ether and we had to wait for it to move.

We do hope that in the end the new improved loading speed and some of the new features we have pending will improve our website and your online experience.

Fingers crossed this is a cup half full moment.
