Sadly we have had to suspended indefinetely all deliveries to the Irish Republic (Northern Ireland is unchanged).
Every item we ship to Ireland at best ends up with long custom delays (which leads to annoyed customers) or we end up with it returned for no CN22 form (custom declaration, so we started attaching it to the bag or box and yet An Post kept rejecting all deliveries , so we then started adding them next to the address label so they couldn't claim that the CN22 form was missing and yet they are still being returned for no CN22 form.
So sadly we will no longer be shipping to the Republic, no other country creates the levels of issues that we have with An Post , we can ship to New Zealand quicker than it takes to clear An Post customs.
Sorry for any inconvience caused, but sadly sending to Ireland is no longer viable as a business as we end up refunding all Irish deliveries, and each failed or delayed delivery leads to an undeserved negative reputation.
