We have a lot of feedback of late, and the majority of tends to be the same “we love what you do, but I find it hard to find things on your website” or “ there is just too many products for me to work out what I need”.
With this in mind we have decided to do some big changes to make things easier and less frustrating for our customers, changes are listed below.
- We are reducing our range, our slower selling products will now be on special order, so these will be taken off our website.
- Less popular products will now be box only,
- We have added a filtering system where our products are branded based on what type of product, our premium range will Auware™ (pronouched Ora) , our Budget range Made from Plants™, our Vegware™ range, Made in Green Britain™ and our new ECOfusion™ range of recyclable as well as compostable products all have the own categories.
- We are adding a number of products to our budget range Made from Plants™ and improved the materials on our premium Auware™ range.
- We have added a new filter system that let's you choose the right type of product, based on capacity, dimensions and even size ( standard, medium etc).
We hope these changes will make it an easier experience to find what you need, this may cause slowing of our website and some empty categories in the shop term, please accept our apologies for inconvenience and hopefully these changes will make things easier in future, as always thanks to all those wonderful people who shared their frustrations with us, this has helped us to fix these things and in the meantime, please do let us know any frustrations and we will get these fixed first, send any feedback to feedback@thepureoption.com or add it to the comments.
