Changes to our shipping costs

We have sadly had to look at our postage costs, and we have moved to a transparent policy of charging delivery based on what it actually costs.

We have absorbed a number of cost increases including the Plastic Tax ( we have to pay the plastic tax for not putting plastics in our products), we were faced with either raising our prices, removing our repeat customer discounts or charging you what it actually costs to ship your order, we felt this was the fairer and more honest option.



UK Delivery

Consistent, cost effective delivery has been a big of an issue to get right (find out about our journey to find the perfect price and reliable solution) but we feel our new delivery pricing and service is the perfect balance for all of our customers UK and International.

We have created honest delivery, we only charge what it costs us to send your order, so all delivery charges are based on Royal Mail Click & Drop Pricing and include an extra 10p to cover the cost of packaging materials, it's honest, it's transparent and completely fair.


Standard UK delivery

We are based in the UK, and as an ethical and responsible employer we are closed on UK Holidays.

We work Monday to Friday, but outside of these times please allow extra time for your delivery.
You will receive an email from us telling you when your order is dispatched and a trackable link so you can track your delivery, you may also receive text messages and email from the carrier about your delivery, if your not going to be in, no worries as you can rearrange your delivery to suit you by clicking on the link in the text or email sent to you.

* 2 to 4 working days is Royal Mails delivery aim, but Royal Mail do not guarantee that it will be received within 2 working days, as Royal Mail allow up to 9 working days to delivery your item , so sadly there is very little we can do until the 10 working days has passed as they will just state "it is in the delivery network", thankfully this is rare but it does happen, so it is important to make you aware of it, if you item is urgent we recommend our premium delivery service.

Currently 89% of deliveries have been delivered within 3 working days, 8% within 4 working days.
