Non UK / International Customers Returns.

Sadly due to the high cost of shipping internationally, we do not typically accept international returns, but we do want you to be happy with what we do and how we do it, so in some circumstances we may accept an international return, but this is completely at our discretion.

Please follow the process below.

1. You will need to obtain a RMA number, and unless you have an RMA, your return is not accepted and we will reject your return and you may have to pay for us to ship it back to you - Click Here

2. As mentioned we typically reject international refunds due to the high cost of shipping, but if we accept your return we will send you an RMA number you will need to pack the item in their original packaging, or if this is no longer available in a secure box so they don't get damaged while being returned and the RMA number should be added to the shipping label.

3. Print out and fill in this form ( this allows us to quickly refund your purchase) - Click Here and place in the box.

4. We recommend using a trackable service as this does give you some protection should it get damaged or lost in transit.

5. Please note that the item will have to be back with us in the UK in 28 days or we will be unable to refund your return and you may have to pay the carriage again for us to send the item back to you.

5. We will check the item and will refund your purchase within 4 working days after receipt of your return to the original payment option minus the restocking fee (20% + Credit Card Refund Fee of 3% + the original shipping cost).
