We want you to be thrilled with your purchases and we have simplified things to make it easier to return your order as we want you to be 100% happy with your choices, so we have a policy that exceeds the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 which applies to home customers but does not apply to business customers, details below.
Please note that in both cases, we are unable to refund any custom print / bespoke orders and we do not pay for return carriage (we stopped doing this as like ASOS, this was abused, so we had to stop paying return carriage).

UK Home Customers Key Points


We are happy to exchange or refund for any goods that were not suitable for your requirements, and returned to us in un-used and re-saleable condition and with no missing contents, if the item is not re-salable or has missing contents, please let us know before sending the item back or this may delay or invalidate your return.

Please note in all cases we do not pay for return carriage.

Unwanted or changed mind


As mentioned we want you to be happy with your purchase so you can return your item within 2 weeks of delivery, outside of this period may incur a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item to cover the cost of repackaging and credit card fees, we reserve the right to charge this to cover costs of return.

Please also note missing items may be deducted from your refund and items damaged while being returned, in the unlikely event this happens we are unable to pursue a claim on your behalf but we will give you any evidence of damage.

We recommend using a reliable service such as Interparcel  ( we recommend Interparcel,  because we have used them in the past and they are reliable, low cost and provide excellent customer service but please note this recommendation is not offer of a guarantee from The Pure Option™ as they are not connected with The Pure Option™, they are just a company who do a good job)

Exchange


If you wish to exchange items, we can credit for the returned goods, but you will need to place another separate order online for the replacement items. This is for security reasons as we are not permitted to store card details, so we can't transfer payments between orders. Please note that forward and return postage is not refunded but you could return and collect from us in Llanhilleth, NP13 2RX.

Non returnable items


Custom printed, special request and bespoke items are sadly non returnable.

We are unable to accept returns from businesses for sales lines.

Faulty or damaged


Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us by email or webchat within 10 days of delivery. When reporting damaged goods it would greatly speed up the process if you could include photo's of the damage.

Claims  for faulty goods or items damaged in transit, the goods must retained for inspection / collection by courier and should not be disposed of until we let you know the courier has accepted the claim.

Once the claim is accepted we aim to refund you within two days but this can be longer during busy periods.
